Caddick Construction are now one quarter of the way through Palace Capital’s development of Hudson Quarter, York. Concrete and steel frames are being put in place as the four block superstructure takes shape. The £35m project, which is due to complete in early 2021, will provide 127 luxury apartments, 35,000 sq ft of offices, commercial space, car parking & landscaped areas connecting the development to the railway station.

Palace Capital’s Chief Executive, Neil Sinclair commented: “Since we launched the first apartments to the market in June, we have been delighted with the positive feedback and the sales are exceeding our expectations.”  Sinclair’s vision is for a completed development that everyone involved will be proud of, and that the people of York will recognise as one which enhances the great city of York.
