At 307.5p, buoyant non-prime property buyer Palace Capital (PCA:AIM) trades on a 13.7% discount to net asset value (NAV). The commercial property play transformed its business through buying 24 properties last October, which boosted its NAV by 54.1%. It is now paying dividends. (MD).
