FY 19 Results
Our portfolio structure and proactive approach to asset management has enabled us to grow both income and capital values.
We are well positioned to take advantage of investment opportunities which meet our strict investment criteria aligned to our priorities of harnessing reversionary potential and accretive redevelopment opportunities.
Looking ahead to FY20, we will remain focussed on growing income through lease restructuring, improving occupancy and other asset management projects including refurbishments and developments.

Palace Capital has been focussed on regional property investment outside London for almost a decade. Regional city centre offices have outperformed London for the past three years and we expect this to continue.
We see particular value in university towns and cities close to local and national infrastructure.
In recent years, our exposure to ‘The Northern Powerhouse’ region has increased in anticipation of the HS2 and other national infrastructure projects reaching completion and supporting future growth in this area.
